TERMS & POLICIES Shipping - will be either by UPS or parcel post unless
you specify otherwise for UPS or FEDEX next day/overnight. Items
which are oversized or over 150 lbs. will be sent motor freight collect.
All shipping charges are additional. Terms - We will ship whichever way you prefer.... Credit Card posting
with delivery charges ahead of time or COD. Cores - On rebuilt or exchange items we will charge
you the outright price. You may return your core to us prepaid and
receive your core deposit (the difference between the exchange and the
outright price). All cores must be in one piece and not broken (not
applicable to cracked cylinder heads). LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY We
warrant our new parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship,
and to give equal service to that of similiar parts of the original equipment
manufacturer. We will replace free of charge. FOB shipping origin
any parts we find to be defective in materials and workmanship, provided the
parts were properly installed, serviced, and used in normal operation. All
used parts are guaranteed to be in good working condition when they are
received by the buyer. If at the time of receipt the part is defective,
the buyer should notify DAVLIN SERVICES immediately for authorization to
return. If notification is not within 10 days of shipment, refund or
replacement will not be guaranteed. Used parts must be returned prepaid
to the point of origin. Damages for the return of a defective used part
shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price plus postage or
freight/delivery charges. No reimbursement whatsoever will be made for
labor or parts involved for repair work. Certain rebuilt parts carry an
additional limited guarantee. Except
for this warranty there are no warranties express or implied, including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
DAVLIN SERVICES authorizes no person or party to assume for it any
other obligation or liability. Under no circumstances will we recognize
claims for labor charges or consequential damages, our liability being
limited strictly to the replacement of such parts we find defective. Use
of the manufacturer's part number is only for identification of the parts and
replacemment parts. our parts are for replacement purposes. Prices
are subject to change without notice.
